Initial public issue of 22,42,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10/- each of the company for cash at a price of (Rs) 60/- per equity share (including a share premium of (Rs) 50/- per equity share) aggregating upto (Rs) 13.45 Crores ("the Issue"), out of which 1,14,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10/- each aggregating to (Rs) 0.68 Crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion").
