Initial public offer of up to 53,26,800 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10 each (the "Equity Shares") of Madhur Knit Crafts Limited ("The Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at an issue price of (Rs) 95-100 per equity shares (including securities premium of (Rs) 85-90 per equity share) aggregating up to (Rs) 50.6-53.27 Crores (the "Issue") of which 2,66,400 equity shares of (Rs)10/- each aggregating to (Rs) 2.53-2.66 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e issue of 50,60,400 equity share of (Rs) 10 each at an issue price of (Rs) 95-100 per equity share aggregating up to (Rs) 48.07-50.60 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net issue".
