Initial public offer of upto 28,80,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10.00 each (the "Equity Shares") of Oneindig Technologies Limited ("Oneindig" or "the Company" or "the Issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs) 91-96 per equity share including a share premium of (Rs) 81-86 per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to (Rs) 26.21-27.65 Crores ("the Issue") of which upto 1,44,000 equity shares aggregating to (Rs) 1.31-1.38 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion").
