Initial public offering of 54,24,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10/- each ("Equity Shares") for cash at a price of (Rs) 59/- per equity share (including a premium of (Rs) 49/- per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to (Rs) 32 Crores ("the Issue"). The issue will constitute 26.36% of the post-issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The issue includes a reservation of 2,72,000 equity shares aggregating to (Rs) 1.60 Crores (constituting up to 1.32% of the post issue paid-up equity share capital of the company) for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.36% and 25.03% respectively, of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity shares is (Rs) 10/- each.
