Initial public offer of up to 33,84,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Mother Nutri Foods Limited ("the Company" Or "The Issuer") at a price of (Rs) 117 per equity share(Including a Share Premium of (Rs)107 Per Equity Share) for cash, aggregating up to (Rs) 39.59 crores ("Offer") comprising of a fresh issue up to 27,07,200 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10/- by the company aggregating up to (Rs) 31.67 crores("Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale up to 6,76,800 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10/- each ("Offer For Sale") by Umeshbhai Kantilal Sheth , aggregating up to (Rs) 7.92 crores (" Promoter Selling Shareholder", And Such Equity Shares Offered By The Selling Shareholder, The "Offered Shares"). The offer includes up to 2,43,600 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10 each, at an offer price of (Rs) 117 per equity share for cash, aggregating (Rs)2.85 crores s will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the offer (The "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The offer less market maker reservation portion i.e. offer of up to 31,40,400 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10 each, at an offer price of (Rs) 117 per equity share for cash, aggregating up to (Rs) 36.74 crores is hereinafter referred to as the "net offer".
