Initial public offering up to 49,69,600 equity shares of (Rs) 5/- each ("Equity Shares") of Exim Routes Limited ("ERL" or the "Company") for cash at a price of (Rs) 88/- per equity share (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to (Rs) 43.73 crores ("the Issue"). out of the issue, 2,49,600 equity shares aggregating to (Rs) 2.20 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion").
