Initial public offering of up to 9844560 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10 each ("Equity Shares") of PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery Limited (The "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs) 386 per equity share including a premium of (Rs) 376 per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating up to (Rs)380.00 Crores (the "Issue"). The issue includes a reservation of up to 10000 equity shares of face value (Rs) 10 each, aggregating up to (Rs) 0.386 Crores ( Constituting up to [*]% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital, for subscription by eligible employees ("Employee Reservation Portion").
