Initial public offer of upto 52,25,600 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Current Infraprojects Limited ("the Company" or "Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs) 80 per equity share (including a share premium of (Rs) 70 per equity share), aggregating to (Rs) 41.80 crores ("the Issue"). This issue includes a reservation of up to 2,68,800 equity shares aggregating to (Rs) 2.15 crores (Constituting up to [*] % of the post-issue paid up equity share capital of the company) for subscription by the market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion") and reservation of up to 99,200 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10/- each, aggregating to (Rs) 0.79 (constituting up to [*] % of the post-issue paid up equity share capital of the company) for subscription by the eligible employees (the "Employees Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion and the employee reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue".
