Initial public issue of upto 60,00,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10/- each of Vivekanand Cotspin Limited ("VCL" or "The Company") for cash at a price of (Rs) 35-37 per equity share (including a share premium of (Rs) 25-27 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to (Rs) 21-22.2 Crores, of which 3,00,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10/- each at a price of (Rs) 35-37 aggregating to (Rs) 1.05-1.11 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion") and net issue to public of 57,00,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10/- each at a price of (Rs) 35-37 aggregating to (Rs) 19.95-21.09 Crores (hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.97% and 25.62% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity shares is (Rs)10/- each. Price Band: (Rs) 35/- to (Rs) 37/- per equity share of face value (Rs) 10/- each. The floor price is 3.5 times of the face value of the equity shares and the cap price is 3.70 times of the face value of the equity shares.
