Initial public issue of up to 20,20,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10 each ("Equity Shares") of the company for cash at a price of (Rs) 140 per equity share (including a share premium of (Rs) 130 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to (Rs) 28.28 crores ("Issue / Offer"). This issue includes a reservation of up to 1,01,000* equity shares aggregating up to (Rs) 1.41 crores for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion") and a reservation of up to 20,000* equity shares (constituting up to [*]% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company) aggregating up to (Rs) [*] crores for subscription by eligible employees (as defined hereinafter) (the "Employee Reservation Portion").
