Initial public offering of 33,08,800 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10/- each ("Equity Shares") for cash at a price of (Rs) 85/- per equity share (including a premium of (Rs) 75/- per equity share) ("Issue price") aggregating to (Rs) 28.12 crores ("the Issue"). The issue will constitute 26.32 % of the post-issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The issue includes a reservation of 1,66,400 equity shares aggregating to (Rs) 1.41 crores (constituting up to 1.32 % of the post issue paid-up equity share capital of the company) for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion").
