The issue comprise of a public issue of 43,77,600 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10/- each fully paid (the "Equity Shares") for cash at a price of (Rs) [*]/- per equity shares (including a premium of (Rs) [*]/- per equity share) aggregating to (Rs) [*]/- crores ("The Issue") by the company.
