Initial public offering of up to 2,78,00,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 5 each ( the "Equity Shares") of Garuda Construction and Engineering Limited ("The Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs) 95.00 per equity share (including a premium of (Rs) 90.00 per equity share) ("Offer Price") aggregating up to (Rs) 264.10 crores ("The Offer").
