Initial public offer of 57,99,600 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of the company at an issue price of (Rs) 108/- per equity share (including a share premium of (Rs) 98/- per equity share) for cash, aggregating to (Rs) 62.64 crores ("Public Issue") out of which 2,97,600 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10/- each, at an issue price of (Rs) 108/- per equity share for cash, aggregating to (Rs) 3.21 crores was reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The public issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 55,02,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10/- each, at an issue price of (Rs) 108/- per equity share for cash, aggregating to (Rs) 59.42 crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue".
