initial public offer of 47,71,200 equity shares of face value (Rs)10/- each (the "Equity Shares") of Classic Electrodes (India) Limited ("the company" or the "issuer") for cash at an issue price of (Rs) 87/- per equity share (including a securities premium of (Rs) 77/- per equity share) ("issue price"), aggregating to (Rs) 41.51 crores (the "issue") of which 2,78,400 equity shares aggregating to (Rs) 2.42 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion").
