Initial public offering of up to 85,365,853 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 5 each ("Equity Shares") of Lumino Industries Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs)82 per equity share of face value of (Rs) 5 each (the "Offer Price") aggregating up to (Rs) 700.00 Crores ( the "Offer") comprising a fresh issue of up to 60,975,609 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 5 each by the company aggregating up to (Rs) 500.00 Crores (the "Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of up to 24,390,244 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 5 each aggregating up to (Rs) 200.00 Crores comprising up to 18,292,682 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 5 each aggregating up to (Rs) 150.00 Crores by devendra goel and up to 6,097,560 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 5 each aggregating up to (Rs) 50.00 Crores by Jay Goel (Devendra Goel and Jay Goel, together the "Promoter Selling Shareholders") and such offer by the promoter selling shareholders, the "Offer For Sale").
