Initial public offering of 23,746,313 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 2 each (the "Equity Shares") of Manipal Payment and Identity Solutions Limited (Formerly Known as MCT Cards & Technology Limited) ("The Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs) 339 per equity share (including a premium of (Rs) 337 per equity share) (the "Offer Price") aggregating to (Rs) 805 Crores comprising a fresh issue of 9,439,528 equity shares aggregating to (Rs) 320 Crores (the "Fresh Issue") by the company and an offer for sale of 14,306,785 equity shares (the "Offered Shares") aggregating to (Rs) 485 Crores (the "Offer For Sale", and together with the fresh issue, the "Offer") by the promoter selling shareholder.
