Initial public offer of upto 43,08,000* equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Maharaja & Speedex India limited ("The Company" or "The Issuer") at an offer price of (Rs) 177-186 per equity share (including a share premium of (Rs) 167-176 per equity share) for cash, aggregating up to (Rs) 76.25-80.13 Crores ("Public Offer") comprising a fresh issue of upto 34,46,400 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10 each aggregating to (Rs) 61-64.10 Crores (the "Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of upto 8,61,600 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10 each comprising of 4,30,800 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10 each by Rakesh Kumar Aggarwal and upto 4,30,800 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10 each by Akash Aggarwal ("the Selling Shareholders" or "Promoter Selling Shareholders") ("Offer For Sale") aggregating to (Rs) 15.25-16.03 Crores, out of which 2,16,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10/- each, at an offer price of (Rs) 177-186 per equity share for cash, aggregating (Rs) 3.82-4.02 Crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the offer (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion").
